I have a strange problem.  I have a forms process with two forms, almost exactly the same.  When the first form is submitted the data auto populates the second form.  Both forms have the same fields but the second has an extra text box field at the bottom and an Approve button and an Update button. 

The process is set up so a specific Admin person is assigned the task when the first form is submitted (based on a field selection on the first form).  In their tasks inbox they are presented with the second form.  They need to fill out the extra text box and click either Approve or Save.  'Approve' sends the business process to completion.  Save reverts the form back to the users task inbox so it can be kept and dealt with later.

I have 4 users who can be assigned this task and it works properly for 3 of them.  When the fourth user types text in the text box and clicks Save the text in the text box is not saved.  The form reappears in the inbox without the text in the text box.  Its not the process that is wrong because the text is saved for the 3 other users who have the same permissions.

Does anyone have any ideas about this?
