Question

'moz-chunked-arraybuffer' is not a valid enum

asked on July 22, 2021

I have a customer running Web Access 10.4.2.58 and they just had a few workstations auto upgrade Chrome to 92.0.4515.107.  The PCs with that update can no longer open PDFs in the Web Access document viewer and must check them out to view them using the Web Client.

When I open the Dev Tools, I see several errors shown below

They can still open the PDFs in Internet Explorer and Edge.  Any way to resolve this in Chrome?

Thanks Sam.  We applied the updates and this appears to have solved this issue.

Glad to hear it! Also, thank you very much for providing the specific build number for web client in your initial post. That allowed me to check what patches/updates were available.
