We are having some issues with our dynamic lookups on Edge not loading the dropdown list when clicking on the field in web Client. 

This works fine in chrome.

The Edge version seems to be the most up to date version 91.0.864.71 (Official build) (64-bit)

I have attached images of the different functionality - not sure if anyone else is running into this on Edge but I've tried a few different machines and the customer is running into this as well.
