How to get email notification about the assignment to the user in LF web client

I want to assign next contact person so that the assigned user gets notification about the assignment

In Forms you can do this by selecting the following box.

you will have to accomplish this task through LF workflow.

Monitor the document for any changes, retrieve the field values and sent an email notification.
