I am wondering when the Cloud will fully allow DocuSign integration.
The DocuSign integration is already available in the cloud. Is there some specific functionality you're looking for?
Currently the option is greyed out in the More dropdown. This may be because we haven't set up the connection in our Docusign account. However, not having the webclient I am not sure how what to put in this step in the instructions:

It looks like you may be reading the instructions for our self-hosted software. Try this page instead.
The URL is https://webaccess.laserfiche.com/DocuSignConnectService/ReceivePDF?repo=r-000ab000 , the only thing you should need to replace is the repository ID which you can find either on the Overview tab under Repository Administration or on the Plan tab in Account Administration.
