When you get a request like the following I constantly run into a problem.

At the “Manager Final Review” step, could you add the following statement to the form:  “By clicking submit, I confirm that I have discussed this review with the employee”?

This is a read only task. I can't copy the User Task Name from an HTML object to an input field in a read only user task. So that I can have a field rule reference the input. It would be so much more straight forward to just create a field rule that says When User Task Name = Manager Final Review, Show Something.
