Hello,

We have a customer who drags/drop PDF, created by FoxIT, to their LF Repository. The PDF's have a Date Stamp Annotation. When one of these documents are imported the Date Stamp display changes from what is showing on the original PDF.

We have set the Option for New Documents to Keep Original PDF Files and Preserve PDF annotation and issue still persists.

We ran a repair of the Laserfiche Client, same issue.

If the user imports via Snapshot, the annotation comes across correctly.

Hi Jeff,

Can you apply Web Client 10.4.2 Update 4, try importing through web client, and report back on if the issue occurs through there? The patch notes indicate it fixes two issues that could potentially be related to what you're describing here:

In some cases, annotations converted from Laserfiche annotations to PDF annotations during export displayed in the incorrect location on the page. This issue has been resolved. (295852)
Resolved an issue that could prevent some PDFs from displaying correctly. (255928)

I know you said the issue is observed in Windows Client 10.4.2, so this is a sanity check to help isolate where the issue may lie just like testing with Snapshot.
