We're deploying LF upgrades for a customer in which they are going from 10.4.3 to 11.0.2103.223 Most of their machines deployed the upgrades just fine, but one machine is continually having issues with the LF Snapshot printer such that it will work when first installed, but as soon as she reboots her PC, the printer icon in Control Panel>Devices and Printers, shows up as grey (inactive), and the LF Snapshot feature no longer works.

Tried uninstalling/re-installing manually, doing a clean re-install, going back to 10.4.3, rebooting between uninstall/re-install and all have resulted in the same error, the LF Snapshot printer appears to be removed upon reboot.

Has anyone else seen this before? Any idea what to do/how to fix it? Maybe something in the Registry?
