Do you know if is there any problem with the delay tool in Workflow? or if is there another tool like delay?

I've had good luck with it. I was warned way back in the ver 8 days that 1 minute doesn't really work well so do 2 minutes as the smallest delay.

Is there a specific problem you're encountering.

I also use the delay quite often. I think the issue most people run into is that it is not a "precise" timer, but it should be relatively close.

From what I understand, the delay utilizes task scheduling in Windows and I believe that only runs in whole-minute increments so there's kind of two parts to it all.

As a result, if your 1-minute delay activity is started at 12:00:50, it will not actually be triggered at exactly 12:00:50 and would instead be more like 12:02:00.

Basically the way it seems to work is that the delay ends when the task scheduler checks on its regular interval and the desired amount of time has passed.

Additionally, I think they recommend against "a lot" of delays running at the same time, so you wouldn't want to have too many active workflows in a delayed state.
