Laserfiche Avante - DFS-N and DFS-R Indexing for Volumes

Can anyone kindly tell us if Laserfiche Server, Avante 10.4.3 and 11, supports DFS-N and/or DFS-R for volume (only) indexing?

We're using Windows DFS for storing our volume files not sure if it's R or N, but it works fine.  We're on Rio but I would imagine that Avante would not have problems either.  

Just make sure you don't store your search index files on a DFS share, it causes problems with file locking.
