Hello,

Customer rebooted their LF Server over the weekend to apply Microsoft Updates.

They are now getting this error messaged in the Content Repository Log and users are having issues logging in (they get the same error).

"A licensed resource, such as named users or repositories, has exceeded the limit set in the license file. Resource: Retrieval named users"

They are a RIO customer and have no Retrieval Licenses.

Hi Jeff,

Is the customer using Laserfiche Server 10.4.0? There is a known issue in this version that causes the error message you're reporting. Please upgrade the customer to Laserfiche Server 10.4.1 or higher.

If they are already using Laserfiche Server 10.4.1 or higher and are still getting this error, then please open a support case.
