It is not documented, but we have shown through testing that setting infinite timeouts on the mobile configuration is still capped by a 6ish hour hard coded timeout built into the mobile app. We tested in multiple environments and got confirmation from others in the community.

I had a call with the customer regarding this. They would like to have an option in the app to have no timeouts and here is the rationality:

Almost any other app or website does not time you out on a daily basis if at all.

I got to thinking about this and agree. I do not need to enter my username and password in any of my apps or websites that I visit. LF Mobile is the only one which requires I login every day.

So the users are asking why if I never need to login to any of my other apps or services do I have to login to this app every day, with a fully qualified username and password?
