Administration Console Missing in LF11 client

I upgrade Laserfiche from 10.4 to 11. I found that the Tools > administrative Console is missing.

Can you please send me the solution of it ?

For version 11 the Administration Console was moved from the desktop client install to the Laserfiche Server installer.
