That's a bit more complicated. The settings are associated with the user and stored elsewhere rather than locally so they "follow" the user.

You can set user attributes through the Admin Console, and if you set the attributes on the Everyone "user" they will be used as defaults for users with no existing settings, which is a good way to handle it for everyone who comes in later.

However, for any user who has already logged into the repository, the only way to do it from the admin console is to set it for each individual user, or wipe their attributes to let the defaults take effect. Wiping attributes will reset everything to default, so it's not always ideal.

In either case, the user(s) would need to be completely signed out otherwise their settings will stay as they were despite any changes you make in the Admin Console.

To get the attributes, just set it up how you want it to be on your profile or on a test profile, then go to the Admin Console, find the account, open the Attributes tab, and look for MsgImp_* under the Settings section.

You can export those settings and import them into the Everyone group or add them manually.
