Anyway to retry tasks where "No user is assigned to the user task"

We have a situation where licensing issues caused every forms process to suspend with "No user is assigned to the user task". They fixed the license but are wondering why the Retry option is not available when tasks suspends like this. Since now there is no way to get the system to continue assigning all these tasks.

Admin can go to Monitor page and select the process, then switch to task table to bulk reassign suspended task.

A workaround is to open the process from Monitor and then Assign the task to the user and it should start working again.

They are looking for a way to do this in bulk without entering each specific instance. The retry button is available to run in bulk instances.

Oh this tab? It was too late, they had done them all manually. Does this tab allow you to re-assign multiple instances at once?

Yes. It allows you to re-assign multiple tasks at once, regardless which instance it belongs to.
