So I have a checkbox field that has:

Send email to:

Operator

Owner

Submitter

I would like to put the email of each after the title, which are entered in fields above this checkbox.  Is there a way to use a token in a checkbox?

For example say the Operator's email is email@someplace.com and that is captured in an email field.

I would like the checkbox to show:

Operator - email@someplace.com 

So the submitter would see right in front of them the email address that the form is going to forward to:
