Feature Request: Ability to use variables in Form title

I would like the ability to use form variables in the title of a form to make it dynamic. This would be useful if you are using a form to make different types of requests. You could then customize the title of the form according to the type of request.

I have done this through Javascript in the old forms Designer, with a Listener on a field, to change the title of the window when a user populates the field from a radio button, this will then get two fields and rename the windowed title, but not the forms title, I suppose you could do it to change the text of the form title.

This would be super helpful, my Javascript skills are terrible, and having this as an option would be great.
