I downloaded the Adobe Sign integration business process. I understand that '[AdobeSign] - Get Agreements Out For Signing' workflow needs to be called on a scheduled basis to have the signed document update in the repository.

What workflow do I need to call if I want the signed document to be saved as soon as it is signed? Instead of running something on a schedule basis, how can I change it to condition based?

Hi Priya,

My understanding is that the integration works using a "polling" mechanism through that workflow. There is no mechanism or listener to actively receive notifications from Adobe Sign that signing is complete. Workflow has to periodically ask Adobe Sign if there are any updates.

You could potentially increase the scheduled frequency of the '[AdobeSign] - Get Agreements Out For Signing' workflow, but please be aware that AdobeSign may have rate limiting (and enforcement mechanisms) for how often you can request updates. I would be cautious about anything more frequent than every few minutes.
