Connector not Scrolling

I have configured Connector to scroll and screen shot the whole page in Chrome. When I test it, it does not scroll. Any thoughts on this please?

Hi Priya,

Have you tried to use Connector 11? In my simple testing with Connector 11.0.0.172 and the latest Chrome, Connector can scroll and screenshot a whole page.

I'd recommend you create a support ticket with your solution provider so that we can take a closer look. Please provide:

Versions of products that you use
The Connector profile
The log files
Videos that showing the issue
Any other information that support engineers required
