We have a small vehicle repair shop that uses Laserfiche to store AR invoices. These invoices get generated out of a Napa product called TRACS. We're having a tough time getting Quick Fields to grab the pieces of information we want, and we're trying to figure out a way to query TRACS to get the information we need. 

I've spoken to TRACS support, who state that TRACS runs on a closed database and that our only option is generating Excel reports and querying those, with no built-in way to automate the creation of these reports. So, figured I'd check to see if anyone has ever successfully communicated with TRACS through Laserfiche.
