Does anybody now what are the settings in Import Agent to Import data that are in the form fields? As of right now, one PDF yields over 500 unwanted pages

Answer
Import Agent won't read the fields on the PDF and automatically fill them into the template fields. You'd have to import the document with Import agent, have a workflow kick off that uses the 'Retrieve PDF Form Content' and then use those tokens to assign field value back to the template.

Ok, I was able to figure out why I was getting unwanted pages off a PDF. After reading one of Miruna Babatie replies to someone with the same issue. I'm now back to one PDF page with form fields built from an interactive PDF. Now my next issue is what it the setting to bring in that data that is in the form fields?
Did you open the PDF with the electronic file? In my testing, in the image view, the content in fields will not appear, but I can view/edit the content in fields when viewing or editing the electronic file.
Yes that is what I'm getting too. But I was under the impression that when importing the PDF into Import Agent that the data would be filled in the fields on the right pane where the Template fields are. If it is one or two PDFs I guess we could copy and paste. But ideally we want to make this automate and less human intervene. So, I guess it is possible to have WF import it and extract the content that way.
Import Agent will not read data out of the PDF form to use as metadata. That feature is only available in Workflow and Quick Fields.
