Hi Khedidja,

While the DoD 5015.2 and VERS are not intended to map exactly to ISO 15489 (Information and documentation — Records management) they cover many of the same principals. Compliance will come down to the actual customer implementation details, because addressing the ISO standard is a process. Laserfiche's records management functionality should provide the capability necessary to address ISO 15489 requirements.

ISO 15801:2017 (Document management — Electronically stored information — Recommendations for trustworthiness and reliability) "describes the implementation and operation of information management systems that store and make available for use electronically stored information (ESI) in a trustworthy and reliable manner". As with records management, Laserfiche broadly provides the product capabilities for a customer to address applicable ISO 15801 standards in their environment.

ISO 14651 (Information technology — International string ordering and comparison — Method for comparing character strings and description of the common template tailorable ordering) does not appear to be relevant to Records Management or Document Management systems.
