I have a collection with 3 fields.  Type (drop down), quantity (number) and amount (number).

The drop down has a list of items with dollar values associated in order to complete the calculation of quantity and amount.  However, I want to populate a Word document (merge field) with the selected item description from the drop down and not the dollar value associated.  See attached.  Is this possible?
