Hello everyone:
I have a 4 stage approval process
- Anonymous user fills in and submits the form and it goes to their manager.
- (Manager Approval) Manager reviews the form and fills in their section and clicks on Approve, or rejects it
- (Purchasing Approval) If Approved, A purchasing Manager should fill in their section and click on Approve to finalize it or reject it to send it back to the manager
- (Service Task) If approved, the completed form is sent back to the originator via email.
The problem is on step 3:
- The purchasing Manager sees a Read only form and can't fill in their section
- There are no Approve or reject buttons on the form itself, even though they are set up in the User task
- They do have Approve or reject buttons in the action history.
Read only is not selected in the Purchasing approval task.
How do I set the form up so that the Purchasing Manager can fill in their section and see the approve and reject buttons on the form itself?
