viewing attachement in the form using workflow opens the folder not the file

I am trying to open an attached from in the starting form to the next form. but it opens the entire folder and ask user credenttials. i am using workflow with web access URL with laserifish forms 10.2.

Using the built in business template "New Account Opening create the client folder"

Hi Naveen,

Please ensure that the URL is generated from the file and not the output folder.

Mahesh,

Yes its gettting generated from the file. i changed the workflow to return the file. i can see the token value in the forms as file link.

i am using Laserfiche web access . read an article laserfiche forms wont authenticate Laserfiche web access .
