One of my users needs to scan in color in order to better capture signatures in blue ink on documents (they want the scanned docs to look as close to the original as possible for legal reasons).  Anyway, I can go into the scan settings in Quick Fields and select Color, but the main bar at the top of the screen still says black & white; I can't seem to override it.  Any suggestions?  Scanner is Canon DR-G2110.
