mobile cant find repository

When I open the app on an i-pad I can view the repository under our organization's name CSRD, however when another staff member opens their i-phone they don't have an option to view/ search the repository? They're connected to wifi, so how to I allow them to search via the app?

Hi there Cathrine, when your staff member logs into the app, do they have a repository selected? It could be that their forms/repo settings might not have a repository selected and they are only logging into forms.

the uninstalled and re-downloaded the app, and it seemed to do the trick! Thanks thou :)
