cloud scanning - sessions time out

Our scanning sessions will "time out" in the middle of a scanning job.  Last document was only 13 pages.

How do we fix this?

This is an issue we're currently monitoring and have a potential fix. If you uninstall scanning and download a new copy from the web client, we expect it will fix the timeouts.

Your solution provider can help you reinstall if needed.
