create a label for a box file

I need to create a label to be pasted into a file box.
Documents in the repository are indexed by fields

Box # -
code
Year

The label in PDF format has 4 fields that receive the values:

Year
code
Box #
Content - this field receives the name of the LF documents that have the same value as the Box# field

It is possible to do this with WF?

Assuming the PDF is a fillable PDF format, you can use workflow to create the PDF then print. Hi Bryan, thanks so much for the reply.

This part of filling out the PDF was already aware.

But, my difficulty is in the process of creating the "document name" collection to insert in the PDF content field, while the Box# field is the same.

That is, if box# = 112 all documents that are in this box must be grouped in the "content" field.
For this I created a "content" token.

Another doubt is it better to create a Corporate Process or a Workflow?
