Quick Fields Data in Output but not in the flieds

hi, in the Page Processing I have Omni Zone OCR with 4 region selections. After I do a Test Current process i do get the correct data becuase I can see it in the Output section at the bottom. But when I go to the Document Manager I don't see the same result data in Fields under the Document Properties

When you scan the document, does the Output Pane show Zone OCR reading that data? Is Zone OCR set to read multiple pages or a specific one in the document?

It is set to read Page 1
