We have a user who needs to add searchable text to a document that resides in the repository.  But when he right-clicks on the document in the Windows client, the "Generate Searchable Text" option is grayed-out.

I have tried granting every available access right and feature right to the user, but still this option is gray.  An image of the current permissions is attached.  Note that when the exact same permissions are granted to another user, "Generate Searchable Text" is available for that user.

Is there something else I need to check?  How about profile "attributes"?
