We have the following behavior in Cloud Laserfiche Scanning and I wanted to know if it is happening to someone else:
1. We open the Cloud scan
2. We digitize a document (or many)
3. We do not perform any action within Laserfiche for a period of 2-3 minutes (we can continue using the machine in any other word office tool etc), we only stop using Laserfiche.
4. When returning to Scanning to resume any action, continue scanning, send the documents to the repository, etc; we get the following error:
I have been able to reproduce this error in 3 different cloud accounts without much effort, does anyone have this same problem?
