Laserfiche Cloud: "You have reached the maximum number of active events (5)..."

I received this error when adding starting events to a workflow:

 

You have reached the maximum number of active events (5). Please remove or disable an active starting event to enable a new one.

 

I can't see this limit here - https://doc.laserfiche.com/laserfiche.documentation/en-us/Subsystems/ProcessAutomation/Content/Resources/Service-Limits.htm

 

And as from the below screenshot you can see I've only put in 2 events. Can anyone point to what I need to change or if this is a bug?

Demo accounts have a limit of 5 starting events.

I take it this 5 is in total (including all workflows)?

Yes, the account can have up to 5 starting events active at any given time.
