have a RIO system. Created a new user and assigned it full user license. However, they log in and it shows read only? Everything is set correct and has full access to repository for security.

I found the issue. The user was assigned a group that didnt have any rights. The user was in multiple groups but one of the groups had no rights so that was putting the user in read only. Once I removed that group everything was right. Thanks !

I've removed your screenshot because it was giving away domain names for users. Feel free to reattach it after redacting the sensitive information.

It's hard to say what the issue is without seeing the column names you're looking at in the Admin Console. What are you using to determine the connection is read-only?

Casey, I recommend checking the user Properties to see if the "Only allow read-only access" property is checked. If selected, the user will show up as Retrieval Only (and be restricted to those actions) regardless of what license they have.
