This allows rows to duplicate to another table.

However, I only wish to keep appending values to the second table. So when table 1 is populated by a lookup, they can press copy table. It would then copy to Table 2 after each lookup on Table 1 but append the values to Table 2.

Also, in Forms 11, the above JavaScript doesn't appear to copy field text. It copies radio button selections etc.
