Recently we have been seeing TIFF images brought into Laserfiche through File>Import or Drag & Drop as distorted, with the resulting document in Laserfiche appearing very stretched. This only occurs for TIFF image types and only with the Laserfiche client. Importing the file through Snapshot works as expected as the image is normal. Also, removing TIFF/TIFF from the File Conversion list under options allows the image to be imported and viewed correctly. Are there any setting changes or patches to get Drag and Drop working again?
