Is there any way to activate SupportUser without the Administrator?

We have a cloud customer who's repository admin is out for familial/covid reasons and there is a user who can't get into the repository. As their SP,  I can't get in and activate myself as SupportUser to reset this person's password. 

Is there anything we can do to get this guy up and running?

If you contact your regional or customer success manager they'll walk you through the verification we'd need to do before granting access to the account.
