Form not displaying tables on saved form

asked on June 3, 2021

I have a form which has a page break that contains a set of tables. When I save to form to the repository or include it as a pdf attachment in an email, It fails to render the tables. Everything else shows up fine with the exception of the tables.

I have tried both with both the option to remove page breaks on saved forms on/off. I have even tried moving the tables into a section vs a page break and same issue.

I know that I've created other processes that save form with tables in them and had not had this issue before. We are on Laserfiche Forms Professional Version 10.4.5.282

Anyone run into this issue as well? If so how were you able to resolve it? I'm getting the feeling that this might be a bug in this version of the software.

Do you have any field rules to dynamically show/hide those tables? I've run into something similar where the show/hide rule was based on a user account field that itself was always hidden and not saving the value. Since that field didn't save the value, the field rule would evaluate to "false" (or whatever) and not show the other fields when saving the form.

I do have a field rule on each table, however I checked the data pertaining to each field driving the rules and they are recording the data. You can see it on the saved form and I even checked the business process (via monitor tab).

By tables, do you mean the forms built-in tables, or tables built via custom HTML elements with/without javascript?
