Hello,

Has anyone come across this error for a Suspended Task before:

Stack Trace: Caught exception: Laserfiche.Forms.CommonUtils.Exceptions.LFFormsException Message: An unexpected error has occurred. [LFF502-UnexpectedError] Inner exception: System.Exception Message: Redirect

This is at WF Service Task.

In the Forms Config->Laserfiche we are using the SSL Certificate name for the LF WF Server and when testing connection we get an error "Redirect".

I have tried using the FQDN of the server, same error.

We are using SSL. I have tried with SSL unchecked, same error.

Appreciate any feedback,

Hello Ziyan,

looks like the issue was with IIS and an HTTP redirect that was enabled for both the WF and Workflow Virtual Directories.

I disabled this and the Suspended Task complete.

Hi Jeff,

What is the configuration of Workflow Web Service? Could you try that server name if not same as SSL certificate name/FQDN name?

If still not work, could you try access Workflow Web Service(https://{WFServer}/workflow) from Forms server? If accessible, could you open dev tools and access again to see whether the original request is redirected?
