Any way to hide certain forms from the action pane when we want to reduce transparency? 

In some cases Forms can be too transparent like in the situation where an employee is filling out a self evaluation, the manager is filling out an evaluation of that employee, and HR want's to review it before the employee can see it.

In this case, we do not want the manager's task available in the action pane yet, because HR has not approved it.
