Rubber Band OCR

i would like to know is laserfiche support Rubber Band OCR?

The Client and Scanning support this, too. You have to hold CTRL while drawing the box so that it doesn't zoom in, but then you can drag the text into metadata. Assuming the page has been OCRed.

Yes, in Quick Fields there is an option that allows users to select text from a scanned image and drag it into metadata fields. In order to use this option, the document page will need to have been OCR’ed already. After running the Quick Fields session and selecting the document in the Document Revision Pane, the user can drag a box over a section of the image containing text, then drag it into the desired field to populate it with that text.

Hi Tessa-

Follow-up to this. Does QF Scanning support rubber band OCR? It doesn't seem to be working and I fear it may be lacking this functionality.
