Time Out in lookup

We have a lookup rule to a view in oracle, which returns many records. There are 2 problems:


1- The browser shows time out many times, and stops responding for a few minutes until the information returns.

 

2- "Retrieving the values ​​of the fields", does not disappear after returning the values ​​to the form, which locks the submit button.

 

Any ideas?

1. How many records will be returned from the lookup rule? There is a potential lookup performance issue in released version

  • The browser may become unresponsive when using lookup values to create large numbers of new sets in a collection. (246690)

2. How many lookup rules are set up for the form? Is it possible that there is other lookup rule still on-going when 'Retrieving the values ​​of the fields' shows?
