WebLink and WebAccess Please wait... message

We are receiving a Please wait... message when trying to open a fillable PDF through WebLink and the Web Client, but when using the Windows Client, it opens with no issues.  Has anyone ever run into this issue before?  Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.  See attached for screenshot.  Thanks!

This is a known issue with some PDFs created by Adobe LiveCycle, the so-called "XFA forms". The message Adobe generates to indicate that page extraction is not supported is misleading as there's no point in waiting, the page creation just fails.

I'm guessing the difference between the desktop and web clients is that you are opening the PDF itself in the Windows Client and are opening the image pages in the web one.
