I have a form collecting a number of variables. I then want to combine all of this information into one document. I have created the fields, and under Advanced in Calculations I have inserted = then the variable. 

I have tried this both with and without parentheses ie. =(variable), but it has not worked either way. I have gone back and confirmed I have selected all the correct variables.

I know this has worked for me before in Forms. I am now using business process on cloud, this is my first time trying it creating a business process form. 

Any suggestions on how I can carry this variable information over and have it populate on my form?
