License file does not allow connection to the server (Your Laserfiche Server license may be expired or invalid)

Hello , 

 

Suddenly I experienced the above error , kindly advise .

Hi Mohamed,

The error message suggests that the license for the Laserfiche Server the application is connecting to has expired. Please try:

  1. Renewing/recreating the Laserfiche Server license
  2. Placing it in the correct license file location
  3. Restart Laserfiche Server and the other application
  4. See if the error is still here

 

In the future when reporting issues like this, please kindly include where you are seeing the error (which Laserfiche applications, their versions, and what you were doing when the error occurred). This additional information is greatly helpful for troubleshooting your issue.
