How can I open an uploaded file in Firefox (LF Form) in a viewer?

When I open a form in Firefox that has a file uploaded to it and click the link for the uploaded file, Firefox does a download of the file.  Instead, I would like to open it in a viewer like it does in Chrome.  Is that possible?

Firefox should default to opening pdf files in a built-in viewer but I discovered my browser was set to save these files.  I went to the Options toolbar in Firefox and searched for "pdf" and changed the default behavior to "Open in Firefox" and that resolved the issue.
