Hello,

I have a customer who is in an Repository Folder. They can OCR PDF's, but when they click on a TIFF, in the same Folder the OCR option is greyed out.

They have allow all access rights to the folder.

I believe if they have the Append Data right, they should be able to OCR any document in that folder.
