Recently upgraded to LF 11 and now user says that Internet Explorer is no longer supported, which she was using to open PDFs from the repository into her default program, Adobe Acrobat 11, in order to make edits and save as a new document. Now she has to use Chrome or Edge (Firefox not installed on her computer), and the default behavior when clicking on a document link is to open it in the LF viewer.
Questions:
- Is it possible to have Chrome or Edge default to opening a LF document in the default associated program?
- Is it possible to open the PDF in Acrobat X Standard for editing? It used to do this by default, but now she has to download the document and it's not editable unless she takes the additional step of extracting the pages in Acrobat X into a new document.
Desired behavior: User clicks on document link in LF repository; it opens in Acrobat X with full read/write editing available.
Thanks.
