Good day,

Has anyone experienced the following with Import Agent?

Event Viewer Text -

There was an error running the profile Invoice XML Files while importing the file "D:\FTP\SAPFTP\filename.xml". (The operation cannot complete because an object is locked. [9045])

We receive the following error and the documents either end in an error folder and need to be reprocessed or we received an entry with no electronic data which causes the workflows to fail.

Are there some settings I can change?

9045 errors have an error handler, so Workflow will try again in 5 minutes to see if the lock was released.

It looks like your workflow is set to start on document creation and possibly Import Agent is letting go of the initial lock before it's done with it. Try setting Workflow to start on document changes when pages are added if the presence of text is important for the rest of the actions.

Hi Miruna,

Thank you , this error is not on Workflow though and I understand it will try again.

What could be the problem with the documents that don't even make it to the repository? They are put into a Error folder by Import Agent and I need to transfer them back into the processing folder again.

It's hard to say without looking at Import Agent's logs. You might want to open a support case so we can take a closer look.
