Hello Everyone,

Has anyone seen the error below. I have looked around and cannot find anything regarding this specific error. I believe it to be a timeout error as I am unable to replicate the error with a different user or different forms. Currently having the customer have their user try to submit once more.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Gilberto,

This error indicates client is calling GET method with Forms submit API. This may happens in several scenario:

go to https://{FormServer}/Forms/Form/Submit directly in browser
when submit encounter error, refresh the page, or go back and forth

So it may related how user try to submit once more

Does the user get the same error message in other web browsers (Edge, Chrome, etc) ?

It looks like they're using IE. If that's the case then they should try going to Internet Options:

In the Security tab they should ensure the site that hosts the Forms is trusted.

You should also click Custom level... and double-check the settings inside. I think there is a setting that would block unencrypted forms from being submitted, but I'm not sure if this would trigger the error or not.
